By visiting our site, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote, or engaging our design and execution services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including visitors, prospective and existing clients, vendors, and contributors of content.

Any project we undertake for you will additionally be governed by a separate written agreement, quotation, or work order (a “Project Agreement”). If a Project Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Project Agreement prevails for that project.

We may update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Section 1 – Use of the Website

We provide residential and commercial interior design, interior and exterior design and execution, turnkey end-to-end interiors from concept to completion, corporate and workplace design, design for hospitality, healthcare, education, and banking spaces, thematic installations, and tailored décor solutions.

Information on this website about our Services is for general information only. The scope, specifications, timelines, and cost of any project are fixed only in a written quotation or Project Agreement accepted by both parties.

Section 3 – Enquiries, Quotes, and Project Agreements

Submitting an enquiry, a “Get a Quote” request, or a message through our website, phone, or WhatsApp does not create a binding contract. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated in the quote. Final pricing may change if the project scope, site conditions, material selections, or your requirements change. A binding engagement begins only when a Project Agreement or work order is signed or confirmed in writing by you and by us, and any advance or initial payment it requires has been received.

Section 4 – Payments, Changes, and Cancellation

Fees, payment schedules, taxes, and cancellation or refund terms for each project are set out in the applicable Project Agreement. No payments are collected through this website unless we expressly say so. Changes to the agreed scope requested after approval may affect price and timelines and will be carried out only after written confirmation. Delays in approvals, payments, site access, or client-supplied materials may extend project timelines.

Section 5 – Designs, Images, and Accuracy of Information

Design drawings, 3D visualizations, renders, mood boards, and portfolio images are illustrative. Actual finished results may vary due to site conditions, materials, lighting, and screen or print color differences. We cannot guarantee that colors, textures, or finishes shown on your screen will match the final result. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions. We may modify the contents of this site at any time, but have no obligation to update it.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, designs, drawings, renders, photographs, videos, and layouts, is owned by or licensed to MBPL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any portion of the website or our designs without our express written permission. Ownership and usage rights in design deliverables for a specific project are as stated in the Project Agreement; unless stated otherwise, designs prepared by us may not be used to build or replicate a project with another party without our consent. We may photograph and document completed projects and use those images in our portfolio and marketing, unless you notify us in writing before completion that you do not consent.

Section 7 – Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information, to give timely approvals, and to ensure that we have lawful access to the project site. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions, society or building approvals, and statutory clearances required for the work, unless our Project Agreement states that we will do so.

Section 8 – Vendor Registration

Vendors who register through our website must provide accurate and complete information. Registration does not guarantee any order, empanelment, or business. We may accept, reject, suspend, or remove any vendor registration at our sole discretion. Any supply or service arrangement arises only from a written purchase order or work order issued by us.

Section 9 – Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide access to third-party tools and links, including WhatsApp, maps, social media platforms, and analytics services, over which we have no control. We provide such access “as is” and “as available” without any warranty or endorsement, and we are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party tool or website is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s terms.

Section 10 – User Comments, Feedback, and Submissions

If you send us ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, or other materials (collectively, “comments”), you agree that we may, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use them in any medium. We have no obligation to keep comments confidential, pay compensation, or respond. We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit, or remove content we consider unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or in violation of any party’s rights or these Terms.

For any project, our liability is limited as set out in the Project Agreement and, unless it says otherwise, shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the specific work giving rise to the claim.

Section 15 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MBPL and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or any Project Agreement, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

Section 16 – Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion will be severed. This will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Section 17 – Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or by us. You may stop using the website at any time. We may terminate or restrict your access at any time without notice if we believe you have breached these Terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination, including payment obligations, survive termination.

Section 18 – Entire Agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with any Project Agreement and policies posted on this site, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website and supersede prior communications and proposals. Ambiguities will not be construed against the drafting party.

Section 19 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra, unless a Project Agreement provides otherwise.

Section 20 – Changes to Terms of Service

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.
